Questions To Consider To Facilitate Dispute And Conflict Resolution (attached/updated)

I have updated (slightly) and attached my paper with questions to consider to facilitate dispute and conflict resolution. Parties and their counsel in litigation should consider these questions prior to mediation or conflict resolution, and should be prepared and willing to discuss these questions with the mediator. You do need to consult with an attorney and other professionals about your particular situation.
