And I also suggest my December 27, 2019, post Click Here in which I discuss the Department of Justice, April 2019, Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, and in particular the third primary heading in that guidance which is titled “III. Does the Corporation’s Program Work in Practice?” Richard Kusserow’s discussion might cross into that discussion for hotlines: so you have a hotline, but does it work in practice?
